Had a good service
Aircall is very helpful for our business it allows us to make calls all over the world at nominal price or atleast whichever country we serve for also in addition Aircall generate a email whenever a customer calls us we can get all the details for customer if he is old customer or already had an account with us it is very helpful to communicate with customer.

The perfect tool to do sales
The perfect tool to do sales. Very easy integration into CRM systems. Automated tracking of activities. Very easy to set up conferences. I can only recommend Aircall. Thank you !

I thoroughly enjoy!
Out of all the phone services i have used working for a call center, this one is by far the best. Aircall keeps both the business and its customers in mind. Aircall has so many wonderful features that allows for easy use and keeps the user organized.

Aircall is one of the best applications…
Aircall is one of the best applications I have ever used. It allows me to multi task while free up my cell phone. It allows me to set my hours that I will be able to answer calls and allows me to transfer to other teammates. It shows me if they are available or unavailable.

Awesome phone system
Air call has been great. The user interface is easy to navigate, the call quality is generally great ( I'm pretty sure the drop in quality sometimes can be my internet), the only thing I would like to see change is the click enter to answer doesn't always work, but this is small thing and I would recommend it to anyone in needed of a digital phone system

Very reliable! Transparent pricing!
The service is very reliable, super easy to set up, and the pricing is very transparent and easy to understand, allowing for a better prediction of costs.It would be great to have better control of how Aircall raises tickets in Freshdesk.
