Aircall has a great interface and easy to use features such as access to call recordings, ability to see what timezone you're calling and a useful mobile app!Having said that, it works best only when there is very strong wifi. When there isn't, we often face quality issues with our calls and it's impossible to have a normal conversation with clients.

Let us expand curiosity with Aircall
I love the Aircall team and their support. So human, so close, so warm. Aircall maybe will be the best tool for customer-centric companies if they focus on our importance as customer service representatives. It will be an endless challenge.
