I truly love the Aircall application

I truly love the Aircall application. My customers can hear me and the quality of calls are always very clear. I love being able to check the mic input and output prior to each call to ensure that my headset is properly functioning.

Very complete app... but.. something is missing...

So basically the app is pretty complete. Quality of call are great and our customer are able to hear us very clear. History tab is great as it allows us as agents to check how was the flow during the day, but after all the app is really responsive about answering calls. But there is one thing I would suggest if your team is able to do it...
