Very satisfactory product
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Since working with Aircall last year, we never encountered anything that really constitutes as a problem. It totally changes the way we handle incoming calls and we are consistent with our service as evidenced by satisfied costumers at the other end. It drives us crazy
The app is good looking and the functions are awesome. However for us it does not work. 2 calls out of 3 don't work properly (bad sound quality, weird tones, calls stop, transfer call unavailable).What should have been a great tool to implement work from home is becoming a real disadvantage and it drives us crazyPrice is high, quality is bad.

Helpful and good quality
Aircall is helpful as you can call people from your laptop having a good quality. It is also good as everything is in on one app. However my favorite thing about aircall is that it is very quick and efficient. You can also record all conversations and have access to them quickly

I use aircall for a year and a half now and it is very easy to use.I work for a client service and it is very intuitive.

Un outil ergonomique à la hauteur de nos attentes
Nous avons migré sur Aircall peu après le confinement de mars 2020 et cela nous a permis dans un premier temps de maintenir un niveau de service en télétravail équivalent à ce que nous avions en présentiel. Puis par la suite d'améliorer la qualité de ce service en se servant de statistiques et de fonctionnalités dont nous ne disposions pas auparavant.L'accompagnement des équipes Aircall s'est très bien passé et leur réactivité est très forte.
