Utterly useless
Utterly useless - we had extensive problems which are completely unacceptable for a company that gets hundreds of phone calls per day - our agents were unable to pick up some calls, other calls were missed completely, calls were dropping out mid-call, the Android and iPhone apps were hopelessly poor.We quickly came to the decision that we had to revert back to our old phone service and requested a refund because Aircall did not work. Dependable, Versatile Service for VOiP
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The customization options are just great. We are in absolute control to what the customers hear as well as the on hold messages and more. Absolutely dreadful app
Absolutely dreadful app. Unreliable, "no credit to make call" issues all across countries, app suddenly is down, connectivity issues all the time, calls that don't come in.For a business, this is the worst thing that can happen - absolutely business killer.They have completely outsourced customer support too - it's impossible to get a quick answer from them, whereas other competitors have built-in live support.Stay away!

Helps to know when connection is bad and when it has been fixed to be able to talk to customer and to hear them and I hear them when help is needed
