Utterly useless

Utterly useless - we had extensive problems which are completely unacceptable for a company that gets hundreds of phone calls per day - our agents were unable to pick up some calls, other calls were missed completely, calls were dropping out mid-call, the Android and iPhone apps were hopelessly poor.We quickly came to the decision that we had to revert back to our old phone service and requested a refund because Aircall did not work. Absolutely dreadful app

Absolutely dreadful app. Unreliable, "no credit to make call" issues all across countries, app suddenly is down, connectivity issues all the time, calls that don't come in.For a business, this is the worst thing that can happen - absolutely business killer.They have completely outsourced customer support too - it's impossible to get a quick answer from them, whereas other competitors have built-in live support.Stay away!
