Point positif, l'expérience utilisateur de leur application est top. Par contre, encore pas mal de points négatifs qui nous poussent à rechercher une autres solution :- Qualité des communications à désirer malgré une ligne fibre optique dédiée.- Pas de possibilité d'envoi de SMS, ce qui est très problématique pour confirmer des rendez-vous.- Aucun contact de la part d'un customer success ou autre pour anticiper nos problèmes. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It has a simple and convenient function. You only need to open the app, paste the number in an edit box, then make a call. It even handles international numbers and dial codes by simply selecting the right country. Today the service just quit working

Today the service just quit working, no warnings no emails nothing. We contacted support via chat and received this info. "billing period ended yesterday and was set to not renew so the account was disabled. If you want to be active, you will need to be put on a plan." We are very disappointed and now looking for other options for our business.

Absolute joke of a 'customer success' team. Flat out refused to contact me back until 5 days later and have been an absolute mess to deal with. Phones have now been disconnected for well over a week. Never again!

J utilise aircall pour des appels et la…

J utilise aircall pour des appels et la connexion est moyenne même avec la fibre et liaison Etherne. Beaucoup de problèmes de connexions avec aircall. De plus le pave se bloque et donc il se bloque pendant un moment et très souvent.
