Excellent phone system
I have had an excellent experience with Aircall. It is easy to use, helps identify callers and incoming calls, records conversations automatically, allows you to check the history of the calls and also allows you to send and receive text messages. It is, so far, the best audio phone system I have ever used.

We moved to AirCall from another CTI - We wanted something that integrated with our CRM (SaleForce) We're so happy with AirCall and the transition over. It has been smooth sailing since!
