What do you like best about Aircall? the recording of the app is very helpful. I appreciate that it also gives the timezone for the dialed number. I use just google chrome with it. I find it very efficient. What do you dislike about Aircall? It eats up my PC's memory go too much and also high mbps of internet is needed for your app. I think it would be best if it doesn't eat up much space on the memory Recommendations to others considering Aircall: It is very reliable when it comes to call ...

What do you like best about Aircall? Air Call is very user friendly and the customer support is superb What do you dislike about Aircall? I don't see the option to change the ring sound Recommendations to others considering Aircall: User friendly and reliable What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? There was a time I was not able to log in to Air Call. The customer service was able to determine that my login was deactivated and I just needed to be activated again

What do you like best about Aircall? The user interface is really simple and easy to use. The Admin Dashboard is easy to navigate and being able to listen to employee's calls is great. What do you dislike about Aircall? We don't really have any features we don't like. We would like a feature for training that allows for someone to listen to a live call while in progress. What do you like best about Aircall? Aircall is helping us manage our calls and assist customers over the phone. It is very easy to use and understand!!!! We love using Aircall!!! What do you dislike about Aircall? I have not experienced any downside or system issue using Aircall What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Handling phone calls and assist customers realtime!!!!
