Great App!
I love the app! It's easy to use, has a lot of features, and you don't need to have an Avaya phone next to your computer to make or receive any calls. It's the perfect tool for your day-to-day job. One thing I would love the app to have is the ability to delete notes but besides that, works great!

What do you like best about Aircall? I love the clarity in phone calls! it makes understanding the customers a lot easier. What do you dislike about Aircall? sometimes it'll crash and not let me answer. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? i'm able to provide a good customer experience and make sure I have all the correct information. I'm definitely more productive due to all the features including Callbacks, and call listening.

Aircall has helped us a lot
Aircall has helped us a lot in improving communication with our users. At the same time, it guarantees to improve our team performance in the way that it allows us to listen again to our conversations to find points of improvement. We love being able to have aircall on our cell phones and computers so that remotely and wherever we are, our users always have attention. We have much more context and insight than what we discuss with clients.

What do you like best about Aircall? Calls are clear on both ends. You are able to see missed calls on the to do list so that you can do a follow up call. What do you dislike about Aircall?
