"easy and efficient"

What do you like best about Aircall? auto dialing is an incredibly useful feature! What do you dislike about Aircall? having to put a call outcome sometimes stops me from recieving other calls or causes me to miss calls. Recommendations to others considering Aircall: do it! What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Fast and efficient work process. nice to have it integrated with my web browser.

What do you like best about Aircall? Aircall is great because it organizes everything into an easily comprehensible digest for our call list. "Great way to separate work and personal calls"

What do you like best about Aircall? The fact that I can use it on any and all my devices and have all of them in sync. What do you dislike about Aircall? Since I'm part of a team I dislike that I can't turn off ringing for the team line but keep my line on, it's all or nothing from what I can tell What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? For me not having to share my personal number but still being able to answer calls remotely is a huge help.

What do you like best about Aircall? The interface is laid out very easily. It's aethetically pleasing and allows you to focus on your customers' concerns without fumbling and trying to locate certain buttons during a call. What do you dislike about Aircall? Honestly nothing! I have not had any issues quite like I've had with other call center jobs previously. I used to have to use Natterbox and the lines were terrible, hard to hear customers. "Great platform and software for sales calls"

What do you like best about Aircall? Great call quality, very easy to use and mobile platform, easy to manage users and see call statistics. What do you dislike about Aircall? Salesforce integration is not optimal currently -too much useless info. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Making calls from all devices at all time. Using different phone numbers to different clients based on location. Very easy to use tool.
