What do you like best about Aircall? It is too fast and works correctly every time What do you dislike about Aircall? Nothing. I like the apliccantion , runs perfectly. We use it every day. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? I contact customers with Aircall. It is so fast and intuitive to pass the calls by other teammates or receive the same ones. We use Aircall for all the communication schedules.

What do you like best about Aircall? Super easy to use, Everything is very user friendly. What do you dislike about Aircall? Sometimes my microphone doesnt connect. Other than that it works great. a quick computer reset fixes this. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Every call that comes in is related to our company business. What do you like best about Aircall? I like that it lets multiple people use it at once, especially for us who work with a pretty big company and have a lot of people logged on. What do you like best about Aircall? Aircalls interface is smooth, easy and efficient. Things light transferring calls to colleagues and archiving previous calls have been made simplistic. I have used other call software and believe me they can be cumbersome at best to get things done. What do you dislike about Aircall? There was a couple of glitches with my internet connectivity and aicall and i had some initial issues in downloading the software on my mac computer but with a little help ...

If wifi is failing, the app our drop completely, make sure you have a really good connection. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Aircall? Both the program and the app work very. Call quality is always good and the ability to assign calls and add notes helps when working remotely or in a busy office environment. The Address book feature also makes it so that we have been able to ditch our on-call phones and use the service for all of our out-of-hours needs.
