Aircall is a very good tool! You have a lot of VOIP companies and Apps on the market, but this one is really user-friendly. In a few minutes, you can have your IVR configured with teams and users. We loved it!

"It's very convenient to track records of the calls , I can pull up every detail easily."

While taking back-to-back calls it never stuck, and it is quite friendly to handle when we take a lot of calls and dispose each call and we get the recordings as well that is amazing. Aircall is very reliable, user-friendly, and integrated into software perfectly! I use Aircall for all my clients and never drop calls!

10/10 - An Easee experience from start to finish!

Porting numbers from our last supplier was so simple! (20 numbers) as the team are on hand to help you always via call and email support. Actual setting up of the IVR and normal lines was really Easee. The analytics included also allow for admins to understand exactly what we need t be better and improve at a quick lance as well as having the ability to deep dive and integrate. Highly recommend!!
