What do you like best about Aircall? The variety of options for collecting data and ease of use What do you dislike about Aircall? Occasional outages can be frustrating. However, AirCall does a good job of alerting and quickly (usually) fixing the issue. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? AirCall provides clear information on client conversions, answer rates, wait times. It allows us to act quickly and serve our clients better

What do you like best about Aircall? Constant improvement and easy to use with the chrome extension. What do you dislike about Aircall? I do not find something I dislike with Aircall so far. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? We call numbers in USA and the chat or sms feature is very useful as many people prefer to be contacted that way then finish with a phone call.

"User friendly system, designed in such a way that you never miss a call."

What do you like best about Aircall? The call hold function whilst you check if the person is free before transferring the call through. It also gives you missed calls as a to do list. What do you dislike about Aircall? Every now and then it disconnects my headphones - not sure if entirely Aircall issue or my headphones. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes business communication easy and readily accessible anywhere - I have the app on my mobile too.

What do you like best about Aircall? I think what I have loved the most about our experience is the fact that our Account Manager Andrea has been phenomenal as our support. Love the system but even when there are issues, at least I know we can turn to her. What do you dislike about Aircall? It would be great if callers that hung up on the IVR (even at the very beginning) rather than the actual numbers that take you to a team or individual wouldn't show up as a missed call. "Aircall has made our client experience so easy to manage, we love it!"

What do you like best about Aircall? The most helpful part of aircall is the easy to use dashboard and the functionality available on devices. What do you dislike about Aircall? The only downside I can think of is the billing process, of having to be charged for numbers that are ínactive. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving my team having to use analog phones and giving them access to answer their phone from multiple devices anywhere anytime.
