Aircall for starters
Aircall is pretty easy to use and I haven't experienced any issues with it since the day I started using it. You can easily transfer, do call back and basically just navigate all the way through without reading a manual because they have all the options in their softphone already. As a first-time Aircall user, I find it very agent-friendly and not complicated.

Great tool, great service
Tool is great and it seems to continuously improve, just be sure to know what to expect. I had some doubts to start working with Aircall because of some of the negative reviews, but the Support is on point, really quick to answer and the account manager tries to help you as best as possible. I’m still figuring out some stuff, but to me it is a BIG improvement in comparison to our previous provider.

What do you like best about Aircall? Easy to use and user-friendly, the calls can be answered with ease with a single click. What do you dislike about Aircall? occasionally goes down with a network error What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? A network connection is slowly improving to that any audio issues with calls can be minimized.

An easy to use, thoughtful product
Aircall is such an easy tool to use, and it improved my calling experience with customers by an incredible amount after we moved over from another platform. The tool is sleek, integrates with our CRM, and I've never had any issues or found a lack of features to be getting in the way. It's a thoughtful product and a good investment in you're either looking for this kind of service or looking for an improvement.
