"Aircall blends advanced VOIP settings with great UI"

What do you like best about Aircall? The integration with HubSpot Sales Hub is vital for our business and is better than anything out there. What do you dislike about Aircall? No MMS functionality or SMS automation within HubSpot. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Remote workforce, tracking/notes and CRM integration and no need for phone hardware. This is not only on the sales side of the house but for client services as well.

Updates have been really helpful specially in the quality of the calls

"Everything offered is so well established!"

What do you like best about Aircall? I really enjoy everything, coming from another telephony system, I was in charge of finding a new system. We love aircall, and really had a smooth transition. The conferencing and transfer options are so solid, as well as everything else. The dash is easy to understand and the UI is intuitive. I'd go with them 1,000 times over. Very accessible application and straightforward, It Has new features that enable us to secure notes that will be linked through our intercom cases; thus, the fun part with it lets you choose your ring tone.
