"Organzied, Efficient and User Friendly"
What do you like best about Aircall? I like how AirCall is organized. I get to see if I am on available with color distinctions on the buttons of my status. I also like how I can hold the other line and go back to the first caller, whom I put on hold first, without dropping the call. What do you dislike about Aircall? I hope that Aircall will provide the option that when you are already on a call and need to call someone, you will be able to directly connect them together without having to ...

What do you like best about Aircall? User-friendly, Ease of access, no complicated buttons etc., Smooth transitions What do you dislike about Aircall? I need to change profile like US or Berlin in order to call some countries What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Aircall? Contacts are saved, you can view/review the previous calls. you can type in names of contacts for ease of use. basic conference call between client and partner which is really helpful What do you dislike about Aircall? call is being routed at times, freezing and unable to go back to the call ending in dropping the call What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Aircall? its very easy to use and you can make a 3 way call. Easy to find your contacts and the email address is included as well. What do you dislike about Aircall? One of the feauture removed was the "OTHER". By selecting this option you can advise your team that you need to do something personal .
