"Smooth Softphone"

What do you like best about Aircall? It allows me to answer phone calls from my customers easier than usual. What do you dislike about Aircall? Some of the calls are misrouted, freezing and sometimes, unable to go back to the call once dropped. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me answer phone calls more accessible than what I have used before. Also, it is built-in with Break/lunch auxes.

The functionalities for each button are easy to understand; it's also fast and clear in terms of hearing the other caller. What do you dislike about Aircall? Collecting data is easy as well. We can pull up call recordings with ease. We can check the number of people waiting in the queue and the number of agents logged in. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Aircall? i love how aircall has an easy to follow user interface, in terms of inbound and outbound calls. you can also easily find all of the recent call logs in case you need it What do you dislike about Aircall? we seldomly experience some down time on the system, especially if there are multiple users are active What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? there is no task we're not using aircall. this tool is helpful on doing inbound and ...
