"Smooth Softphone"

What do you like best about Aircall? It allows me to answer phone calls from my customers easier than usual. What do you dislike about Aircall? Some of the calls are misrouted, freezing and sometimes, unable to go back to the call once dropped. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me answer phone calls more accessible than what I have used before. Also, it is built-in with Break/lunch auxes.

The functionalities for each button are easy to understand; it's also fast and clear in terms of hearing the other caller. What do you dislike about Aircall? Collecting data is easy as well.
