"Aircall is the best cloud-based center software that I have used since it has zero latency."

What do you like best about Aircall? This application is very user friendly, fast and the interface is easy to understand. I love that it's zero latency, and you can make a call anytime then bookmark it on your browser. What do you dislike about Aircall? I want to say that it does not recognize phone numbers in Asia, especially in Singapore. I am sure the developer can fix this issue since Aircall is one of the best I have used. What do you like best about Aircall? it gives comfort in making outbound calls to our clients What do you dislike about Aircall? so far, None. The issue with the log is with our internet What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? it helps us reach to our client comfortably.

This is an easy app to use for calls and sms.

The app was great, we're using it on a daily basis. It's easy to do phone calls and send messages.

"Aircall is brilliant."

What do you like best about Aircall? I genuinely love the Aircall application. My customers can hear me, and my calls' quality is always apparent. I love being able to check the mic input and output before each call to ensure that my headset is appropriately functioning. What do you dislike about Aircall? What do you like best about Aircall? Easy to understand, easy to use and easy to navigate. The functionalities for each button are easy to understand; it's also fast and clear in terms of hearing the other caller. What do you dislike about Aircall? Collecting data is easy as well. "Smooth Softphone"

What do you like best about Aircall? It allows me to answer phone calls from my customers easier than usual. What do you dislike about Aircall? Some of the calls are misrouted, freezing and sometimes, unable to go back to the call once dropped. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me answer phone calls more accessible than what I have used before. Also, it is built-in with Break/lunch auxes.
