What do you like best about Aircall? Aircall is extremely easy to use, with user-friendly features allowing people of any age to utilize it with minimal supervision. What do you dislike about Aircall? Aircall might have a few downtimes, but it gets fixed in minutes when reported or detected by the system itself. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Aircall helps us communicate with our business partners to close deals and talk about other business stuff.

What do you like best about Aircall? Transferring calls to the right department and easy access in locating the person on your account to call. What do you dislike about Aircall? It would be better to return the old interface since it is much easier to access the profile. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Before there are a lot of calls that are not coming through and I think it was fixed by Aircall through their update.

What do you like best about Aircall? The ability to search for calls in history by copying and pasting numbers, and the integration with salesforce to be able to listen to past calls for quality. What do you like best about Aircall? The Aircall tool is one of the main tools we use to communicate with our customers. It is straightforward to use and user-friendly. We can quickly check all the types of calls we receive on a daily basis. Amazing! What do you dislike about Aircall? None so far. What do you like best about Aircall? Aircall is a user-friendly app. The good thing about this is all the calls you made are recorded and you will be able to check you colleagues' call logs as well. What do you dislike about Aircall? I don't have negative comment about aircall because it's very user-friendly. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to contact our partners and guest to communicate with them about the services we are providing.

What do you like best about Aircall? I've been using a lot of softphones, but air call is one the best soft I have ever used. Its very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and one of the best interfaces. What do you dislike about Aircall? Nothing, everything works fine with the app. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Yes! Keeping track of the call history. Using Aircall helps me track all my call daily.

What do you like best about Aircall? Aircall was a reliable app wherein you could easily recall or review previous calls. And the highlight for me is that I can find contacts by typing keywords. Feels like I'm using my mobile phone :) What do you dislike about Aircall? What do you like best about Aircall? Doing outbound and inbound calls in Aircall is very easy and user-friendly. We can easily dial a number and will also be able to save the number in Aircall. What do you dislike about Aircall? None so far. We found Aircall as very user friendly. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Whenever we need to call a guest or a chauffeur it's very benefiting to us using Aircall because it's easy to access, easy to use and it's user friendly.
