What do you like best about Aircall? Its´s a really easy to use platform, best thing about it is it´s an app so I can use it from my personal phone whenever I have to cold call. What do you like best about Aircall? I love how easy it is to use and how clear the calls are unlike other VOIP services are. The quality is A1 for sure. What do you dislike about Aircall? What do you like best about Aircall? It is very user friendly and it is so versatile that you can even use it in your smartphone. What do you dislike about Aircall? There should be a function on the smartphone app to mute sounds and vibration What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Separating the messages section and the To-Do tab is very helpful.

What do you like best about Aircall? Its great because we can record calls and rerun them for confirmation at a later time or if we ever miss anything on a call we do not have to recall a CLIENT we can just run the recording. What do you dislike about Aircall? So far none everythings been great and useful What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having to recall clients because we can run recording

"User friendly app"
What do you like best about Aircall? You can have a different work phone number on the same mobile which separates your work and personal life. What do you dislike about Aircall? You can't merge calls and can't take screenshots and attach photos. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Separating of work and personal contacts and how we interact with them using the same mobile.

"Awesome Softphone I ever used so far."
What do you like best about Aircall? Aircall is very easy to use. It only needs to be configured once. It is so easy to troubleshoot for audio issues and loads fast, which I admire about Aircall. I once used a softphone that loads for 30 minutes, which was exhausting. I also love how it is straightforward to navigate the buttons. I would say it is very user-friendly.
