"Am lovin' It!"

What do you like best about Aircall? I would say that it is the best user and cost friendly software that should be used by all call and contact centres. I highly recommend it! What do you dislike about Aircall? Well, I don't think so that there is something to dislike about it. It's already doing great. What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? It gives me a feel of a real virtual phone. I can make both, inbound and outbound calls, I can track missed calls and history.

"Highly recommended"

What do you like best about Aircall? It's simple to use and allows to attend inbound call and make outbound calls too, while there is a MESSAGES tab as well, so it's just like an actual cell phone in hand. What do you dislike about Aircall? It literally has nothing to dislike or comment on for improvement What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? For me, aircall is doing a great job even now.

"Aircall is the best"

What do you like best about Aircall? The sound clarity is very good , the best thing I like is we can save contact numbers of our suppliers on it What do you dislike about Aircall? The ring tone is very low , would be helpfull if some more unavailable status is added What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? Even without airphone , the sound clarity is great .

"Awesome softphone I have ever used so far"

What do you like best about Aircall? The interface is easy to understand Very straight forward and easy to the eye What do you dislike about Aircall? Sometimes it loads slowly and I must exit and reopen the app However,it does not always happens,so I will give good rating for this app What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you? "Streamlined Flawless Calls with Clients"

What do you like best about Aircall? I love how it integrates across platforms and devices. It's integration to client profiles within Hubspot makes for a streamlined stress free and efficient calling system. What do you dislike about Aircall? I don't often see when inbound calls come through or when i receive an sms response from a client. Some calls can be garbled but its likely an ISP issue rather than Aircall. "Easy to use application"

What do you like best about Aircall? Easy to use and doesnt have any bugs when it comes to calling guest or partners especially during our high volume hours of the day. Everyone is able to use it without any issues. What do you dislike about Aircall? "Aircall is a lifesaver!"

What do you like best about Aircall? I love how easy and intuitive using Aircall with my company's customer service process is. We are a small, close-knit team and being able to leverage Aircall's features of easily transferring calls and its integration with Shopify makes the experience with customer calls much smoother.
