The mobile app is very convenient to keep in touch easily with our customers. The latest update made it possible to listen to calls made more quickly with the speed up function, Aircall is one of the best applications to communicate professionally and it adapts to both the PMI and the PME.

Everything works great
Everything works great, the service is really helpful. However, there are some minor glitches from time to time. For example, the calls history may not completely be downloaded, or sometimes the notifications about incoming calls are missing. Nevertheless, those glitches are very minor and it happens not that often.

Optimal experience
Optimal experience since the presentation of the demo. Our account manager, Guillermo, has accompanied us throughout the process, being available at any time and for any questions. The tool should improve some technical details in Spanish, but in general, the treatment, the quality of service, the efficiency and proactivity in solving problems are excellent.

Aircall is a great alternative for your call center
Aircall is a great alternative to kick start your call center. After considering other vendors such as Talkdesk we ended up choosing Aircall for the following reasons: UX is great, set up is very easy and most call centers can have it done very quickly and costwise is also better. Very simple, easy to use but all the power you need for your CC ops.
