Fantastic Tool for Regular Callers

Aircall makes regular calling and outreach so much more of a smooth and efficient process. being only two clicks away from dialling or messaging a number is so much easier when you're used to dialling manually. It has other handy features I didn't expect, mainly call recording. every thing perfect. Overall, Aircall has exceeded our expectations in every way. Happy about the switch

We came from using another tool, which just didn't feature some minor things - but nobody regrets the change! Easy to use, great features like Chrome Plugins or Connections to ActiveCampaign, works very reliable and we didn't experience any bugs, misconnections or similiar. Definitely recommended!

A reliable softphone solution

After having used Aircall for several months at work, I can recommend it as a very reliable softphone solution. The connection with an ERP is quite easy, for making it possible to show customer numbers of already known customers in the moment they are calling. The clarity of the voice is very clear…

The clarity of the voice is very clear . Overall experience is great . The only negative feedback is we cannot divert calls to our mobile numbers .

Makes phone calls easy anywhere + anytime !

Aircall has put great care in the easy use of the app as well as the support for their users.

Very easy to use and to adapt to the needs of our company. API is easily integrated. It doesn't have complicated user manuals which makes it very easy applicable for larger firms where you have a range of employees who vary in their digital capabilities. Support systems are very quick, they reply fast and to the point and as an end-user we can check problems on the website. Well done!
