What do you like best about Airbase? It is very helpful that Airbase streamlines accounts payable, accounts receivable, and employee reimbursements all in one place. What do you dislike about Airbase? The monthly reconciliation is a bit complex. We would appreciate better reporting to reduce time spent reconciling our account at month end. What do you like best about Airbase? I've used a LOT of expensing systems & most are just a headache. Airbase makes things easy & efficient & serves as a one-stop-shop for everything I need. What do you dislike about Airbase? The only thing I would modify is I entered data wrong, saying I needed a one-time card but I needed to continue using it -- I would like the ability to edit my requests & resubmit as opposed to having to create an entirely new request. "Great product with wonderful customer support"

What do you like best about Airbase? The pricing model was perfect for us along with the fact that during the vendor onboarding they collect the W-9 and other documents for us so that we don't have to. Makes onboarding way smoother. What do you dislike about Airbase? Its less of a disklike than it would be better if they could get the payment pace from 5 days down to 3 days for ACH. What do you like best about Airbase? Airbase has been a great resource for the team and the company. Very little training is required for colleagues. I especially like the PO capabilities. What do you like best about Airbase? It saves us time with AP, expense reports, credit cards (virtual cards). We are happpy and satisfied. What do you dislike about Airbase? We have not experienced any issues with Airbase. What problems is Airbase solving and how is that benefiting you? We have improved the manual work by using Airbase for Accounts Receivables.
