From an IT perpective, Airbase has made management super easy including: -Lifecycle management of users through the Okta integration -Passing of necessary attributes from Okta to Airbase Both of these have made it possible for my team to "set it and forget it" as users profiles are kept up to date automatically. What do you like best about Airbase? The comprehensive dashboard is easy to read and is extremely helpful in finding quick facts or notifications. What do you dislike about Airbase? Out of the parts of the app that I have used, not much, honestly! its pretty standard and doesn't have too many bottlenecks. What problems is Airbase solving and how is that benefiting you? Its removing pain points in knowing who to ask for what, and where to submit certain receipts and documents.

"Process T&E"

What do you like best about Airbase? Airbase is user-friendly and easy to get going with minimum training. What do you dislike about Airbase? Probably just that they lack a little on the international side of things and paying employees their expenses in other countries. What problems is Airbase solving and how is that benefiting you? One place to come for T&E reimbursements/processing and virtual credit cards. Other companies have this in one place, but Airbase makes it so easy to use both!

What do you like best about Airbase? Super easy and intuitive to use. I use regularly to submit and cover expenses at work and have always been delighted with how simple the whole process is. I also appreciate how streamlined the tracking of everything is while waiting for expenses to go through approval process. What do you dislike about Airbase? Haven't found anything to dislike yet! What do you like best about Airbase? Airbase has allowed for easy travel and expense management. I love that I can easily input my travel expenses and get approval/ reimbursements quickly and easily! What do you dislike about Airbase? When first using Airbase it took me some time to figure out all of the features and exactly where I needed to input things. What do you like best about Airbase? Ease of use, whether I need to use a physical card or create an online card the process is seamless. The app to download receipts and code charges is also very user friendly! What do you dislike about Airbase? I have not experienced any downsides to using Airbase thus far. What do you like best about Airbase? I don't have to keep and submit all my receipts after a trip is over. The app prompts for the receipts and categorization immediately, making it easy to record everything at the time of the expense. What do you dislike about Airbase? The invoice submission rules could be a bit better. At this time, it isn't possible to check if the details have been captured accurately through the OCR, and I can't quickly check if the same invoice has been uploaded ...

What do you like best about Airbase? Modern and easy-to-use interface, with a very intuitive process from start to finish. I was able to submit my reimbursement in seconds, and it came through to my account within a day. I'm not sure what more you could ask for. What do you dislike about Airbase?
