Not a dislike per se but would love for it to integrate with external CRMs What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficiency and accuracy in customer service. Agora makes it hard to miss comments and it's great not having to search multiple platforms.

It shows that we have 100 notifications that need action but they are all likes that don't require any action.
