"Glitchy, unreliable"

What do you like best about Agorapulse? The layout was easy to work with and less confusing than Sprout. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? We had so many development issues and glitches. We were unimpressed by the lack of urgency their developers showed for finding solutions. We couldn't trust the platform to accurately post. What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you? It created problems it didn't actually solve them.

"Helpful and all-inclusive"

What do you like best about Agorapulse? Customer service is stellar! I appreciate the timely response and help the staff offers for troubleshooting. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? Initially cost, but I don't have use for all of the offerings since I am a solo consultant. What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you? One spot posts across multiple cahnnels and the ability to customize each.

What do you like best about Agorapulse? Agorapulse offers a wide range of features such as scheduling posts, social media monitoring, analytics, and team collaboration tools. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? Doesn't offer as much automation as some of its competitors, meaning that users may need to spend more time manually managing their social media accounts. "A solid platform for managing Twitter, needs work on Meta Business Operations"

What do you like best about Agorapulse? Very useful for managing twitter platforms - easy to post, schedule, interact, follow and monitor. Very useful for basic engagement, and the interface is easy-to-use and intuitive. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? Inconsistent with Meta Business Suite operations - not ideal for managing Facebook pages or Instagram - does not display attachments well on these formats, and somewhat difficult to manage these in general. What do you like best about Agorapulse? Ease of use, social listening and ability to schedule content on multiple platforms. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? With an agency the limit is used up fairly quickly. What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheduling content for my clients across multiple platforms.

"Positive Experience Overall Using Agorapulse"

What do you like best about Agorapulse? I like that Agorapulse lets you view your posts easily be accessible and viewable from the calendar within the website. Everything is right there and is easy to use. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? The least helpful with Agorapule is that sometimes you cannot access information for certain social accounts. "Streamlines our approach to social media management."

What do you like best about Agorapulse? I so much love Agorapulse inbox assistant feature. This tool organizes our message inbox. By automatically reviewing , bookmarking , and labeling inbox messages , there is little chance of missing any message sent to us via any of our social media platforms. What do you like best about Agorapulse? I love this platform and how much it can do for social media management and social listening while investing a much smaller amount of time than before. "Loving Agorapulse"

What do you like best about Agorapulse? The best thing I love about Agorapulse is its reporting features. It is so easy to quickly put together a "white glove" report for clients. It also guides me on when the best times to post are for the clients and what days of the week the audience is more likely to engage with the content. What do you dislike about Agorapulse?
