What do you like best about Agorapulse? Interface makes it extremely easy to manage social media. Easy to hide, delete and reply directly to comments on Facebook. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? 1. Cannot initiate a private message to users who comment on Facebook unless I go into Facebook by clicking the view button and choosing message and typing it in through Facebook. Don't feel the scheduling dashboard - Looks a little ugly when compared to the rest of the software. What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you? Also, it has all the features needed to get the job done fast and efficient, without having to leave the app and log in separately on your social media accounts. We initially started using AgoraPulse for its social monitoring and review system, but as we used it more and more, we found that the scheduling tool is robust as well. "Beautiful reports for FB/Twitter, but otherwise not an especially good social media management tool."

What do you like best about Agorapulse? The reports are impressive and what sold me on the tool since the higher ups in my organization wanted weekly reports. I also like how it does a decent job of discovering mentions and the like on each platform. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? The interface is clunky. There's no way to re-distribute a post that's gone out. The reports only go back 2 months with the "basic" fee structure which is comparable to other, more useful tools. No LinkedIn ...

"Making a frustrating task much less frustrating"

What do you like best about Agorapulse? I love the way you can put the content in for all platforms and then tailor it for each social media stream, with previews. Also that once scheduled, you can replicate or reschedule similar content simply by dragging and dropping on a calendar. So much time saved just with these two functions.
