What do you like best about Agorapulse? Essentially it does the job you need it to, with a minimum of fuss. For a package with a good number of features, the interface is clean and intuitive. The reports (particularly the Power Reports as a paid add-on) are excellent and there is a general transparency about the roadmap which provides reassurance the product is under continual development.
