"We Aren't Even Using All The Functionality and Agorapulse Save Us Tons of Time"

What do you like best about Agorapulse? Being able to quickly schedule our posts each day has been a huge time saver. We deal with the financial markets so our posts need to be timely and can't be mass uploaded at the start of the month. Agorapulse has lowered my stress factor enormously. Excellent consolidator for socmed accounts

PROS: Agorapulse ensures that you are always in the know, notifying you of every comment, tweet, and messages that go all your inboxes CONS: I hope that in its next upgrade, it would consider a notepad for taking down notes instead of the calendar.

Enables me to be all-around

PROS: Because Agora helped me manage all my social media accounts, I can respond to clients faster and keep them satisfied. Now, customer support through efficient management of social media accounts, thanks to Agora, will definitely be least of my problems when I expand and receive more clients. CONS: I'm very pleased with AgoraPulse. I can't find any dislike at the moment. If there is one, it's mostly due to the social media platforms themselves, not Agora.

What do you like best about Agorapulse? I like the web interface (and to some extent the app as well) in that it's clear and easy to see different views of both scheduled posts, engagement, and more. A close second would be the analytics, which both provide an easy interface to understand things and also the ability to download the raw reports and let others roll around in the data. "Great tool with so many functions"

What do you like best about Agorapulse? We really like how it covers social listening. That is a big part of why we choose this tool over the others, it has everything all the other platforms use plus the social listening aspect all in one inbox! What do you dislike about Agorapulse? It is a learning curve at first. They did their best with making the user experience fairly easy and intuitive, but you do need to train yourself to use it most efficiently. The perfect social media manager for every business!

PROS: I laud Agora not only for that it is a nifty platform, but mostly due to its very helpful customer support. All representatives are consistently prompt to reply and easy to talk with. CONS: ZIlch! Agora has been very useful to my everyday work and they continue to upgrade their systems.
