The best thing about Agorapulse is that it provides a unified social inbox where all the messages, comments, and reviews from various social media platforms are available, making it easy for the user to manage all the incoming updates from one place. What do you like best about Agorapulse? I like the report section best. It collects the information we track. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? Not a fan of the dashboard UX, also tech support usually takes awhile due to the time difference. What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem I am solving with Agorapulse is tracking analytics and social listening with team access.

"Sync and support problems"

What do you like best about Agorapulse? The UI is very nicely done. It has connectors for most social profiles. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? Facebook messages won't sync. If you want to answer your social media with 1 to 2 hours of delay, go ahead! Their website claims instant syncronization, and customer support says it takes 1 hour. After showing customer support that their website says instant sync, they agree but still can't figure out why the delay occurs. Their SLA for the ...

"Great value"

What do you like best about Agorapulse? Easy to use interface and flexible reporting What do you dislike about Agorapulse? I'd like the ability to save posts as drafts and make notes on the calender function. What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you? We had problems seperating out reports by function which has been solved by agorapulse. This has really let us see whats working and what isn't when it comes to our social strategy.

What do you like best about Agorapulse? The ability to post across multiple platforms but customize the message for each one is amazing. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? What do you like best about Agorapulse? The ability to to post to multiple platforms simultaneously, and easily view multiple different analytics. Customer service is excellent! What do you like best about Agorapulse? The interface is very user-friendly. It's straightforward to apply moderation guidelines like catching up with private messages first, then moving to questions raised in comments, then to negative comments, etc... I also like that you can build moderation rules to hide comments automatically. What do you dislike about Agorapulse? It misses some moderation rules that could be game-changers.
