What do you like best? I love how user friendly this site is. It is easy to navigate and a total run through takes less than 15 minutes. What do you dislike? As a one-person department, it helps me do the personalized media relations work of five people.

What do you like best? I like the feature that allows me to contact each reporter by name. I also like the fact that I can create custom Market Intelligence Reports that allows me to see our news and the news of our competitors. What do you dislike? The keyword filter continues to generate duplicates. However, I will be talking to a representative this week to solve the problem. What do you like best? I like that there is a team standing by to update contacts continually, especially given that they will help find contacts/outlets that are more "niche" if requested. What do you dislike? The process for exporting a list, cleaning the list, and then reuploading to Agility is very clunky. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The email feature w/the different formatting options and scheduling features. What do you dislike? The price can be hard to work with and the email lists are a little hard to access from the home page. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like the fact that they have so many options available to narrow down your searches. They think of every possible niche before you even will. What do you dislike?
