This content is extremely valuable and almost impossible to find using free web searching. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of use, the service after sale, intuitive nature of the platform, depth of publications/outlets in the database What do you dislike? Alerts expire and the timeframe wasn't clearly articulated at first. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Media monitoring and targeted outreach. We have replaced agency monitoring with this tool, bringing it in house. Also we use this for story generation.

Great tool for PR

What do you like best? The platform is intuitive to both learn and use. What do you dislike? Some small things in the list display - the results are so close together and I want to see more info without having to hover or click. What business problems are you solving with the product? Searches are easy

What do you like best? I like that I can search by keywords and it matches the writers and outlets. What do you dislike? Not everyone I search for has info or some info is incomplete. There is also the ad spend costs for the different outlets that can be useful to show the value when there's press placement for clients.
