What do you like best? Agility has the social media information on reporters so I can easily follow. I really like the follow up reports so I know who read our pitxh and can follow up promptly. What do you dislike? Woulld like to have more narrowing of search. I get too much results and I get the wrong reporters. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have a more efficient follow up on who read our pitches so we get more results.

Good but still lacking

What do you like best? Flexibility of editing key words, it does great when you need to look back on previous articles. What do you dislike? Often picks up stories 5-6 years old, its frustrating to have to look at every article and ensure that we are capturing current articles and not older ones. Another frustration is it doesn't allow you to do same day monitoring, we often have to wait until the next day to see stories. So we have to go to other programs to do real time monitoring. ...

What do you like best? Excellent journalist contact resource. This provides a comprehensive list in large markets and with large outlets. Particularly helpful is the links to social media which can help in targeting. What do you dislike? Rare, but some info can be outdated.
