"They will not stop charging you once you cancel!"
What do you like best about Agile CRM? The system can fulfill many aspects of your business needs. But plan to stay forever because they will nto stop charging you when you leave. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? 1. I CANCELLED my subscription in February 2020 on the website and by phone. You cannot remove your credit card from their system on your account settings. 2. All the Training session (Sales, Marketing and Service) was explained nicely by Ashley. We liked the most in which we can track all the communication which we have done with the client. And also it would be great if the issue with integration with O365 & IMAP resolves. Overall the training was good.
