Jason did an excellent job of helping me understand everything that Agile offers. I was so impressed with his knowledge and able to answer any questions I had immediately and by going into further details as showing me. I have scheduled another Zoom with him to help me get the most out of this platform! So impressed with the customer service and friendliness. Made the right choice of picking Agile for our Company!

After using the free version (not a…

After using the free version (not a trial, it is indefinite) and trying some things, Agile did not seem to meet the needs of my organisation. I contacted the support department for some help with deleting of my account, and the service was great, fast, and incredibly clear, and totally not pushy about why I wanted my account deleted.

Patient support team

Email syncing looked to not be working properly. The technician I reach-out out to in the live chat function patiently walked me through a step by step Process to reconfigure the Imap Manually. while gmail works to reconfigure their most recent update that affected the emails in agile.He went above and beyond to answer a whole list of questions, and sent me screen shots every step of the way to make sure I was in the right parts of the software to make the changes I needed to.Thank you 'MAX'!
