Live chat very good
I spoke with Max on the live chat. He promptly resolved my issue with a couple of good suggestions and lots of extra information where needed. I'm really enjoying using AgileCRM and can see that once I come out of my testing phase and into live phase it is going to be crucial to my business.

I had to leave a message via the chat box for someone to get back to me when there was less chat traffic. Chris responded within a couple of hours with the exact information I needed, written in a clear format for me to follow. I really appreciated it.I wish there were more of these step-by-step user manuals somewhere online. I know they have a lot of videos, etc., for Agile, but I like to read instructions versus watch so I can go at my own pace.
