I was really impressed of how this CRM perfectly fit our needs! With all the competitors I tried needed a manual on how to perform anything.With AgileCRM I could set up everything in few hours, I've managed to use their API in zero time, and their customer support is really quick and effective, even before applying for a paid plan!Also, basic plans (and even free one) are already feature-rich.I know there may be no single CRM perfect for everyone, but this one is surely worth a try.
