Customer Service is stellar!

I am a customer service manager for a retail tech company and was looking for a CRM that fits our business need, while looking for answers i used their web Chat feature and spoke with "Max". I found his responses to be helpful, resourceful and professional. I give this CRM and 5 star so far based on the customer service experience i had.

Patience and Understanding

For me, Jason Smith was calm...professional...accomodating and a great pleasure to work with. I did not feel rushed. I'm glad I booked several appts in the row because it allowed me to get through most of the issues I was having. "Some powerful features but unreliable"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? We used Agile CRM primarily for email marketing. Email marketing automations are very flexible. Flowchart oriented automations are easy to design. We found this capability to be significantly better than most of the email marketing tools we researched, including small business market leaders Constant Contact and MailChimp.
