AgileCRM has a lot of moving parts

AgileCRM has a lot of moving parts. I'd used it for a couple of years at the free level, so I'd barely scratched the surface of its functionality. I was struggling and then found the support team that I could schedule training with. Huge game-changer! Jason patiently walked me through the steps, pointed out things I'd missed and followed up with a video recording so I could re-watch our training again. Peter was the person that helped…

Peter was the person that helped support me through my challenges to set up Agile. He was able to direct to where I needed to get the information as well as the webinars that I wanted so I may continue to use Agile to its full potenial. I am greatfull he was there, saved me from alot of anxiety

Better than Hubspot for a small business

I've used other CRMs in the past and switched to Agile from Hubspot. Agile is easy to use and I particularly like the campaign and video facilities. Highly recommended.

Easy to use

Easy to use, though not quite as intuitive as other CRM's. Has a lot of flexibility and some powerful tools - it takes a while to understand the bredth of Agile's capability.Customer service is fab, as is the training and support.

Max was very helpful!
