Agile training session

I've just had a training session with Ashley Johnson today which has been helpful for me. I've learnt how to open more than one page at once, how to add a field and how to copy any address through to selected contacts from a Company. Ashley was kind enough to do the step by step process slowly so that I could write myself a step by step guide. Clear and concise instructons, thank you Ashley!

AgileCRM has a lot of moving parts

AgileCRM has a lot of moving parts. I'd used it for a couple of years at the free level, so I'd barely scratched the surface of its functionality. I was struggling and then found the support team that I could schedule training with. Huge game-changer! Jason patiently walked me through the steps, pointed out things I'd missed and followed up with a video recording so I could re-watch our training again. I've learned a lot and now have three campaigns set up and functioning. I'm getting it ...

Better than Hubspot for a small business

I've used other CRMs in the past and switched to Agile from Hubspot. Agile is easy to use and I particularly like the campaign and video facilities. Highly recommended.
