Got what I needed easily.

I used the online chat. It took about 2 minutes for someone to answer. Pete was the agent. He was able to have me share my screen and give me exact instructions on how I could do what I wanted to do. Overall, it was quick, efficient, and I ended up with exactly what I needed.
