Flawless Service and Product
Great training session today with Jason! He answered all my questions. I have found the Agile system to be super user friendly! Love the integration with the phones, the custom dashboards, forms, and the attentiveness of the staff. More companies should have services and products this flawless!

Great Support Even on the Free Version
We had an issue with DNS settings, Agile CRM emails were not being delivered due to incorrect DNS settings on our end. Their support spent over an hour guiding us through the changes. In the end every thing works perfectly.
