"Seems to underperform; not as promised"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I like how you can assign tasks to other users with great ease, as well as all of the automations that are possible. Customer service is decent but they often can’t fix the problems. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Automations are clunky, ,often fail. Usually, I don't write review for anything but when you're looking for a simple yet very clean, detailed layout. AgileCRM is the one to go. It even has 24/5 chat support so you won't be left alone without a support person to assist you. This will help me with putting everything together on my domain site! Brilliant service and a great product

Brilliant service and a great product. I've used Agile for over 4 years now and have always found it to be very good value, very comprehensive but user friendly at the same time. If I've ever needed help from Agile, it's been quick and my questions have always been resolved.
