"Expect a great product for a small business"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I love how you can tag and filter contacts so easily and market to the right audience. The integrations are also excellent. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? It feels like it's stagnant—no recent product improvements. The built-in marketing tool is terrible, and the SendGrid integration throws all campaigns into junk folders. Things break sometimes but their customer service team is always there to help What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
