"Great for Small Business staring up"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I liked how many categories there were to define a lead or a contact. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? I think the interface could be upgraded. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? The automated features did not always work. This was a great first step for my company.

What do you like best about Agile CRM? Affordability and simplicity of the tool. Also the LinkedIn widget. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? Things break sometimes but their customer service team is always there to help What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed an affordable CRM tool which was also simple to use.

"Not a great experience"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? Nothing at all. I was extremely disappointed. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? They did not explain the SIP trunking requirements until after you sign up. Then they get you to pay a bit more to add the functionality and in the end it still doesn't work. The other integrations I used were also useless. You have to wait weeks for them to finally arrange a welcome call and by then you are already totally over it. Such a shame as we were so excited to ...

The reporting is great for our sales

PROS: We've been able to really improve our sales process thanks to the reports that Agile CRM provides us. I also like the intuitive interface and how user-friendly the program is as a whole. I also appreciate how all of the important information about a contact is kept in a single location and that all activities of that contact are tracked. The sales process has also been simplified and projects can now be better managed thanks to the tools provided. I can't emphasize enough how helpful ...
