"Expect a great product for a small business"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I love how you can tag and filter contacts so easily and market to the right audience. The integrations are also excellent. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? It feels like it's stagnant—no recent product improvements. The built-in marketing tool is terrible, and the SendGrid integration throws all campaigns into junk folders. "Great for Small Business staring up"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I liked how many categories there were to define a lead or a contact. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? I think the interface could be upgraded. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? The automated features did not always work. This was a great first step for my company.
