I have had several questions about Onboarding, integration, forms, email templates

I have had several questions about getting onboard with AgileCRM. Jack Nolan provided me with extremely helpful advice, including screenshots and links to help my learning process. My queries were answered really quickly and he was able to provide solutions and advice for all of my queries. I'm very happy with the support I have received so far and it gives me the feeling the moving to AgileCRM was a very good decision!

They are very patient

Has helped us improve our process

PROS: We were very impressed with how easily Agile CRM integrated with Zendesk, Upscope, and Github. It has had a domino effect on our process and has resulted in an improvement in how me manage technical support. Another thing that impressed us was Agile CRM's ability to export customer data in large blocks and to track that data throughout.
