Big shoutout to Chris Grey
Just had to drop a note about the amazing help I got from Chris Grey over at Agile. Lost access to my account because I couldn't get into my old email, and honestly, thought my lead list was a goner. But Chris was a lifesaver. He was super quick to get back to me, really friendly, and asked just a few questions to make sure I was really me. Next thing I know, he's got me sorted with a temp solution that got me right back into my account. Thanks a million, Chris! Keep rocking.

The support is great, however.
The support is excellent. They are quick to respond and get answers quickly. Unfortunately, the functionality of the system is lacking a bit. Today, I learned that the event report can only be reported when the event was created. We can create events weeks and even months out. I need to see when and if the event was completed, and it cannot do that. It's pretty useless for managing a sales team. It is an excellent price for an excellent CRM. Just a few areas it could be better.
