So Far So Good
So Far So GoodDaniel was very helpful in outlining the features of the software. It seems very robust so far and easier to use than some of the others that I've dealt with.It would be nice to see integration with more telephony options and features like ringless VM broadcasting - but we can't have everything it would seem!

Sowjanya was super patient and helpful. I made a mistake, it was nothing to do with the software. She talked me through what I had done wrong, fixed it, and taught me the easier better way to do what I had been trying to do so that I won't have this problem in the future! The best Agile agent I have talked to yet (and every one I've talked to has been good).
