The product is solid
The product is solid, especially for the price - the best part is the support. They always want to find a solution that fits our needs. We have run into a few cases where there doesn't have an immediately "plug and play" fix, but their team is great at helping us use the system to get the same end result. I have had the pleasure of working with Jack Nolan on support a few times and every time we come away with something that works and is usually pretty easy to setup. I recommend AgileCRM.

My experience with Daniel was excellent!
My experience with Daniel was excellent! He was so easy to work with. He answered my questions and showed me how to import and customize my contacts using screen sharing. We are scheduling another time to work on some other issues. Thank you Daniel!

What do you like best about Agile CRM? It's easy to input new contacts and create reports. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? it's not as flashy or intuitive as some of the other competitors What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I am managing my sales pipeline, keeping my contacts organized, creating lists and reports etc
